Electronic Expansion Valve For Cooling Water Machine
Water chiller electronic expansion valve is generally used thermistor to detect the temperature of the refrigerant, and then make the appropriate action. The liquid refrigerant does not touch the sensing element, but its actual temperature is detected by the electronic route. In order for electronic routes to obtain pressure readings and then convert to temperature values, the system can also adopt a pressure sensor. The actual excess heat can be determined and the precise control of refrigerant can be controlled by converting the pressure reading measured from the evaporator to the temperature and the actual temperature of the suction pipe.
The electronic expansion valve looks like an electromagnetic valve on the line. The thermistor probe can be directly inserted into evaporate line.
The advantage of an electronic expansion valve is the versatile nature of the electronic control circuit. Compared with thermal expansion, the electronic expansion valve has a large capacity control range. It can also be the most refrigerant which is sent from system to evaporator under the condition of outdoor low temperature and lower exhaust pressure. The electronic expansion valve has the capacity to handle large volumes of liquid refrigerants, so it can deal with a variety of liquid refrigerant flow.
The electronic expansion valve still can maintain large refrigerant flow in cold climate, allowing the refrigerant to have the ability to pass more refrigerant to the system.
