Package Treatment Of Freeze Drier

 1.Seal

    After the drying and exporting of the freeze driers, aseptic compressed air or nitrogen (more than 99.99% purity) is used to break the vacuum in the drying box so as to make it close to the atmospheric pressure. Then, through the hydraulic or screw lifting device installed in the box, in the sterile condition inside the case, full pressure glue stopper (glass vial, freeze dry) or smash and sift the block powder in the tray. It is necessary to remove the ampoule bottle and seal it if using glass ampoules for lyophilization.

 2.Capping

     Remove the product container with full pressure adhesive plug from the drying cabinet and seal the stopper tightly with the bottle mouth by aluminum cover.
