Clinical cryomedicine is developed rapidly in our country, so it stimulates the development of transplantation medicine and achieves remarkable success especially in bone marrow ,hemopoietic stem cell,skin,cornea, endocrine glands and cryopreservation and transplantation of blood vessel, valve,etc. Successful hematopoietic stem cell transplantation relies on the storage of hematopoietic stem cell activity. During the cooling and freezing process of biological samples , when a liquid is changing from a liquid to a solid state, a certain amount of heat is released to make temperature rise. If freezing process of cooling rate is not controlled, it will lead to the death of histocytes. In order to determine the phase transition point for biological samples accurately, programming cooling programs with microcomputer to increase the amount of liquid nitrogen input when the samples changes, overcome the temperature rising of phase change samples, ensure cells get through the phase transition safely and quickly, which is the key process to improve the survival rate of frozen samples.

    我国临床低温医学工作发展迅速，促进了移植医学的发展，特别是在骨髓、造血干细胞、皮肤、角膜、内分泌腺体、以及血管和瓣膜等的冷冻保存和移植应用取得了显著成绩。成功的造血干细胞移植依赖于造血干细胞活力的保存。生物样品在降温冷冻过程中，当由液态向固态变化的相变期内会释放一定热量，使其温度回升，不控制降温速率的冷冻过程将会导致组织细胞死亡。准确地测定生物样品的相变点，用微机编制降温程序，以便在样品相变时加大液氮输入量，克服相变样品温度的回升，使细胞安全而迅速地度过相变期，这是提高被冻样品成活率的关键环节。

3.Instrument Structure:The instrument is made up of following four parts(standard configuration)

(1) Microcomputer System: inner freezing control card, just running related software when freezing.

(2)Freezer: The freezer is made of stainless steel structure inside and outside. Freezing volume is not smaller than 200*200*200mm. The freezer can contain 160 cryovials and 8 blood bags in the same time.

(3)Liquid Nitrogen Container And Liquid Nitrogen Pressurizer: Liquid nitrogen pressurizer is installed on the 30m³  liquid Nitrogen Container to realize the self-pressurization in the container and maintain the pressure stability of control valve.

本仪器由以下四部分构成(标准配置):

     微机系统: 内置冷冻控制插卡,冷冻时只要运行有关软件即可..

     冷冻箱:  内外全不锈刚结构.冷冻容机不小于200*200*200毫米.可同时容纳冷冻管160个或血袋8个.

     液氮罐及液氮加压器: 液氮加压器安装在30立升的液氮罐上,使罐内自增压,调节阀保持压力稳定.

①Display Function:

The running display is as shown in figure 11. Every operations and functions can be displayed on the screen. The working condition,three temperature data and curves can be displayed in real time.

②Programming Functions:

Any number of user programs can be programmed. Computer control freezing process according to user programs. User programs can program,revise,store and tune out easily. Current user programs can be tuned out automatically when starting up.

③Run-time control function

Random constant temperature function: can in and remove a constant temperature at any time.

Manual function:Manual control can take part in control during program control , and it can also be controlled by manual completely.

Keying function:can change cooling rate with keyboard to make temperature control great flexible.

Coordinate transformation function: X-coordinate and y-coordinate can interconvert according to need.

Section into function: can skip current programs and go to next section at any time.

④Data Processing Function

All the data and related information of every freezing can form a data file and be stored down automatically.

Temperature data and rate can be listed according to specified time or displayed temperature curves.

The software can retrieve bidirectionally the stored date files quickly and conveniently.

Temperature curve can magnify at local to research the subtle change of  critical sections.
Sorry that some other functions can not list, if these functions can be used cooperatively, it can bring great convenience in freezing.

可迅速方便地双向检索已存入的数据文件;

温度曲线可局部放大,便于研究关键段的细微变化;

还有一些功能恕不一一列出,这些功能如能配合使用,将为您的冷冻带来极大的方便.
