Low temperature screw chiller takes a semi-enclosed twin-screw compressor as the core, refrigerant as the carrier, air or water as cold source when refrigerating , and releases heat at the load side to cold source through refrigerating cycle in order to heat the main side of the central air-conditioning unit of the load.

         Low temperature screw chiller takes a semi-enclosed twin-screw compressor as the core, refrigerant as the carrier, air or water as cold source when refrigerating , and releases heat at the load side to cold source through refrigerating cycle in order to heat the main side of the central air-conditioning unit of the load.

 

         Low temperature screw chiller produced by Shanghai Tianfeng has high refrigerating efficiency, less consumed electricity when producing the same amount of refrigeration and smaller runtime noise.
 

       低温螺杆冷水机是以半封闭双螺杆压缩机为核心,以制冷剂为载体,制冷时以空气或水为冷源,将负载侧的热量通过制冷循环释放到冷源,从而对负载侧进行制冷降温;风冷型机组制热时以空气为热源,通过制冷循环将热源侧的热量提取后到负载侧进行释放,从而对负载的中央空调设备主机侧进行加热升温。

        上海田枫的低温螺杆冷水机制冷效率高,产生同样的制冷量所消耗的电能要更少,运行时噪音也相对更小。

Remark:

1.The parameters under nominal working condition are as follow:Frozen Water Input/Output Temperature -11℃/-15℃;Cooling Water Input/Output Temperature 30℃/35℃.

2.Temperature Condition:Frozen Water Output Temperature Range -17℃~-7℃, Cooling Water Input Temperature Range 19℃~33℃

3.Refrigerator side should be used 40%(V/V) glycol solution or 24%(m/m) calcium chloride solution as antifreeze.

4.The water side pressure of evaporator and condenser is 1.0mpa.

5.The water side fouling factor of evaporator under nominal working condition is 0.018m2•℃/kW, for condenser is 0.044m2•℃/kW.

6.Except the specifications and requirements above, our company can provide non-standard chillers according to customer demands.

 

注:

1.名义工况中参数如下:冷冻水进/出水温度-11℃/-15℃;冷却水进/出水温度30℃/35℃.

2.温度条件:冷冻水出水温度范围 -17℃~-7℃, 冷却水进水温度范围 19℃~33℃

3.机组冷冻侧须采用40%(V/V)的乙二醇溶液或24%(m/m)的氯化钙溶液作防冻剂;

4.蒸发器和冷凝器的水侧设计承受压力为1.0mpa。

5.名义工况中蒸发器水侧污垢系数为0.018m2•℃/kW,冷凝器水侧污垢系数为0.044m2•℃/kW;

6.除上述规格和要求外,公司可根据客户要求提供非标冷水机。
