Low Temperature Screw Chiller -15℃ Single-Unit 2

1.High Energy Efficiency Compressor:

   Selecting famous semi-closed screw and semi-closed reciprocating compressors originally imported from Europe, with good property and low noise. The machine is adopted single or multiple unit according to customer requirement and cold tonnage size. The compressor can not only alternate and regulate energy （25%-50%-75%-100%）automatically according to the change of load, but also can balance the running hours of each compressor and greatly extend the service life of the chiller.

2.Evaporator(High Efficiency Heat Exchange External Thread Copper Tube)

    The evaporator copper of low temperature screw chiller produced by Tianfeng is adopted with internal and external thread type intensifier tube. The surface of the copper tube has thread. The outer surface of the copper tube is smooth with good cooling effect. The evaporator barrel is made of 25mm PE insulation board to keep warm, non condensing and less cold lose.

3.Condenser(Adopted With High Efficiency External Thread Chopper Tube)

    The condenser of low temperature screw chiller produced by Tianfeng is adopted with the copper tube originally imported from foreign and then processed into trapezoidal low draft pipe to enhance heating transfer capacity. The surface of copper tube is smooth, so it is easy to clean if reducing water pressure.

4.Protection Equipment(12 kinds safety protection device, safe and free running over 48000 hours)

    The protection system devices of low temperature screw chiller:temperature control switch, antifreeze switch, fusible plug, high and low pressure switch, overload protector, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent-start protector and abnormal indicator light.

1.采用高能效压缩机：

        精选原装欧美进口名牌半封闭螺杆式和半密闭往复式压缩机,压缩机精选国内外原装进口世界名牌,性能好、噪音低，低能耗,根据客户需要和冷吨位大小，采用单机或多机组合。压缩机可依负载变化，自动交替运转，自动能量调节（25%-50%-75%-100%）,平衡各压缩机的运行时数，大大延长了冷水机组的使用期限。

2.蒸发器（高效换热外螺纹铜管）：
        田枫低温螺杆式冷冻机的蒸发器铜管采用内外螺纹式增强管。铜管表面有螺纹，铜管外表面光滑、冷却效果好，蒸发器筒身以25mm厚PE保温板保温，不结露，冷量损失少。

3.冷凝器（采用高效外螺纹换热铜管）：
        田枫低温螺杆式冷冻机的冷凝器采用从外国原装进口的铜管，加工成梯形低助管，增强传热能力。铜管表面光滑，使水压降低，易清洗保养。

4.保护装置（12种安全保护装置,安全无故障运行达48000小时以上）：
        低温螺杆式冷冻机保护系统装置有：温度控制开关、防冻开关、可熔栓、高低压压力开关、过载保护器，压缩机过热保护器，压缩机频繁启动保护器及异常指示灯。

Remark:

1.Cooling Condition：Cold Water Input Temperature -11℃, Cold Water Output Temperature -15℃；Environment Temperature 35℃.

2.Temperature Condition：Frozen Water Output Temperature Range -17℃～-7℃, Environment  Temperature Range 0℃～43℃.

3.Refrigerator side should be used 40%(V/V) glycol solution or 24%(m/m) calcium chloride solution as antifreeze.

4.The water side pressure of evaporator and condenser is 1.0mpa.

5.The water side fouling factor of evaporator under nominal working condition is 0.018m2•℃/kW.

6.Except the specifications and requirements above, Tianfeng chiller manufacturer can provide non-standard chillers according to customer demands.

注：

1.制冷工况:冷水进水温度-11℃,出水温度-15℃,环境温度35℃;

2.温度条件：冷冻水出水温度范围-17℃～-7℃,环境温度范围0℃～43℃;

3.机组冷冻侧须采用40%(V/V)的乙二醇溶液或24%(m/m)的氯化钙溶液作防冻剂

4.蒸发器和冷凝器的水侧设计承受压力为1.0MPa。

5.名义工况中蒸发器水侧污垢系数为0.018m2•℃/kW；

6.除上述规格和要求外，田枫冷水机可根据客户要求提供非标产品。
