1. Application Area Of Air-Cool Screw Chiller
(1)Air-cool screw chiller is mainly used in the cooling of chemical reactor(chemical heat exchanger), and can take away the great heat produced by the chemical reaction in time in order to achieve the purpose of cooling and improve the quality of products.
(2)Air-cool screw chiller is applied in plastic products, plastic containers, food packaging film, medical packaging film and other manufacturing industries. In the injection molding process of plastic products(televisions, computers, washing machines, mobile phones, refrigerators, air conditions, plastic toys, plastic parts for cars, etc), whether it can be cooled timely and effectively or not will directly affect the surface smoothness and contour qualification rate of products. Thus affecting production efficiency, production costs and corporate profits.
(3).The Production of plastic containers(bottle blowing) and packaging film can not without cooling-water machines(water chillers). If plastic containers does not cool and set timely in the process of production, the containers produced will be not full, wall unevenness and unbright, even can’t shape, which will make low quality. If there is no cold water(wind) in the production of packaging film when cooling shaping, qualified products can not be produced. If using cold water(wind) provided by cooling-water machines(water chiller) to cool, not only can greatly improve product quality, but can also improve production efficiency.
(4).The cooling of electroplate liquid, hydraulic oil and machine tool cutting coolant: In the electroplating production, electroplate liquid generate heat continually in electroplating reaction to gradually rise the temperature of electroplating solution. When the temperature of electroplating solution is higher than the technical requirements, it will have a great influence on firmness, uniformity, flatness and surface smoothness of surface plating of coated products. Using the cold water provided by cooling-water machines (water chiller) to cool and maintain the temperature of electroplating solution will greatly improve electroplated production and manufacturing efficiency.
(1)、主要用于化工反应釜(化工换热器)的降温冷却,及时带走因化学反应而产生的巨大热量从而达到降温(冷却)的目的,用以提高产品质量。
(2)、塑料产品、塑料容器、食品包装膜、医用包装膜等的制造行业:塑料产品(电视机、计算机、洗衣机、手机、冰箱、空调、塑料玩具、汽车塑料配件等等)的注塑工艺中,能否及时有效地冷却(降温),将直接影响产品的外表光洁度及外形合格率,从而影响生产效率,影响生产成本及企业利润。
(3)、塑料容器(吹瓶)及包装膜的生产,则更离不开冷水机(冰水机):塑料容器在生产过程中如不能及时冷却定型,生产出来的容器将不饱满,壁厚不均,色泽不明亮,甚至无法成型,造成产品品质较低。包装膜的生产中如没有冷水(风)的冷却成型则无法生产出合格地产品。如使用冷水机(冰水机)提供的冷水(风)来冷却,不但能大大提高产品质量,而且还能提高生产效率。
(4)、电镀液、液压油及机床切削冷却液的冷却:电镀生产中,电镀液在电镀反应中不段地产生热量,从而使电镀溶液温度逐渐升高,当电镀溶液温度高出工艺的要求时,对生产出的电镀制品表面镀层的牢固度、均匀度、平整度及表面光洁度有着较大影响。而选择用冷水机(冰水机)提供的冻水来冷却并保持电镀溶液的恒温,将对电镀生产工艺及生产效率有较大提高。

3.Refrigerator side should be used 40%(V/V) glycol solution or 24%(m/m) calcium chloride solution as antifreeze.
4.The water side pressure of evaporator and condenser is 1.0mpa.
5.The water side fouling factor of evaporator under nominal working condition is 0.018m2•℃/kW.

1.制冷工况:冷水进水温度-11℃,出水温度-15℃,环境温度35℃;
2.温度条件:冷冻水出水温度范围 -17℃~-7℃, 环境温度范围 0℃~43℃;
3.机组冷冻侧须采用40%(V/V)的乙二醇溶液或24%(m/m)的氯化钙溶液作防冻剂
4.蒸发器和冷凝器的水侧设计承受压力为1.0MPa。
5.名义工况中蒸发器水侧污垢系数为0.018m2•℃/kW;
