1.Introduction Of Screw Industrial Chiller
Screw industrial chiller is named because its key parts are adopted with screw compressors. The refrigeration capacity of screw industrial chiller is larger than vortex chiller. The machine is widely applied in central air condition system or other large industrial refrigeration. Twin-screw refrigeration compressor is a energy-adjustable fuel injection compressor. Its inspiration, compression and exhaust process, three continuous processes, relies on cyclic volume change when rotating produced by a mutually engaged rotor of yin and yang in the body. In general, the yang rotor is the active rotor, and the yin is the driven rotor.
螺杆式工业冷水机因其关键部件采用螺杆式压缩机而得名,螺杆式冷水机的功率与相比涡旋式的相对较大,主要应用于中央空调系统或大型工业制冷方面。双螺杆制冷压缩机是一种能量可调式喷油压缩机。它的吸气、压缩、排气三个连续过程是靠机体内的一对相互啮合的阴阳转子旋转时产生周期性的容积变化来实现。一般阳转子为主动转子,阴转子为从动转子。

Remark:
1.The parameters under nominal working condition are as follow:Frozen Water Input/Output Temperature -11℃/-15℃;Cooling Water Input/Output Temperature 30℃/35℃.
2.Temperature Condition:Frozen Water Output Temperature Range -17℃~-7℃, Cooling Water Input Temperature Range 19℃~33℃
3.Refrigerator side should be used 40%(V/V) glycol solution or 24%(m/m) calcium chloride solution as antifreeze.
4.The water side pressure of evaporator and condenser is 1.0mpa.
5.The water side fouling factor of evaporator under nominal working condition is 0.018m2•℃/kW, for condenser is 0.044m2•℃/kW.
注:
1.名义工况中参数如下:冷冻水进/出水温度-11℃/-15℃;冷却水进/出水温度30℃/35℃.
2.温度条件:冷冻水出水温度范围 -17℃~-7℃, 冷却水进水温度范围 19℃~33℃
3.机组冷冻侧须采用40%(V/V)的乙二醇溶液或24%(m/m)的氯化钙溶液作防冻剂;
4.蒸发器和冷凝器的水侧设计承受压力为1.0mpa。
5.名义工况中蒸发器水侧污垢系数为0.018m2•℃/kW,冷凝器水侧污垢系数为0.044m2•℃/kW;
