1.Features Of Unit
(1)The machine is adopted with international advanced semi-enclosed 5:6 asymmetrical twin-screw compressor. Motor, compression chamber integration, no shaft leakage.
(2)The compressor is adopted with Y-△ reduced-voltage start to avoid the impact on the grid.
(3)The machine has realized multi stage automatic control of refrigerating capacity adjustment.
(4)Exchanger is adopted with imported high efficiency heat exchange chopper tube, so the heat exchange efficiency is high.
(5)The machine is adopted with liquid spray system, so it can effectively reduce the oil temperature of the compressor and greatly improve efficiency of unit under low temperature condition.
(6)The imported PLC man-machine interface is a LCD touch screen, which is graphical display, easy to operate, optional in English and Chinese. The machine is equipped with RS485 National standard communication, can be connected with DCS system and access to the entire factory automation network, easy to remote control and monitor.
(7)The machine can automatically detect outlet water temperature or return water temperature, adjust the slide valve by controlling the compressor capacity and the refrigerating capacity of the unit automatically and let the operation more energy efficient.
(8)The machine can automatically record the first 20 warning points, so it is convenient for the maintenance personnel to judge and maintain the unit in time.
(9)Low noise and low vibration, designed according to industrial standard,suitable for 24 hours running all year round.
(10)The running parts of the machine are only screw bearing, which has low maintenance cost and long service life.
(1)采用国际先进的半封闭5:6非对称双螺杆压缩机,电机、压缩室一体化,无轴封渗漏现象;
(2)压缩机采用星-三角降压启动,避免对电网的冲击;
(3)实现了多段自动控制制冷量调节
(4)换热器采用进口高效换热铜管,换热效率高;
(5)配有液喷系统能有效降低压缩机油温,大大提高了机组低温工况下的效率。
(6)进口PLC人机操作介面为液晶触摸屏,图形显示,操作方便,中英文可选。备有RS485国标标准通讯接口,可与DCS系统连接,并可入网整个工厂自控网络,便于远程操控与监控。
(7)自动检测出水温度或回水温度,通过控制压缩机容量调节滑阀,自动调节机组的制冷量,运行更加节能高效。
(8)自动记录前20次故障报警点,方便维修人员及时判断与维修机组。
(9)噪音低,震动小,按工业标准设计,适合全年24小时运行。
(10)整机运转部件仅为又螺杆轴承,维护成本极低,寿命长。

2.Temperature Condition:Frozen Water Output Temperature Range 5℃~15℃, Cooling Water Input Temperature Range 19℃~33℃
3.The water side pressure of evaporator and condenser is 1.0mpa.
4.The water side fouling factor of evaporator under nominal working condition is 0.018m2•℃/kW, for condenser is 0.044m2•℃/kW.
