          Water-cool chiller unit is a kind of water chillers. For using screw compressors as its the main components, it can also be called water-cool screw chiller unit. Frozen Water Output Temperature of the unit ranges from 3℃ to 20℃. It can widely applied in plastic, electroplating, electron, chemistry, pharmacy,printing, food processing and various industrial refrigeration processes requiring the use of chilled water,or all kinds of central air conditioning projects, such as shopping malls, hotels, factories, hospitals and so on.

          Water-cool chiller unit is mainly made of semi-enclosed screw compressor, shell and tube condenser, drying filter, thermal expansion valve, shell and tube evaporator, electrical control section, etc.

        水冷式冷水机组也是冷水机组的一种，由于它的主要构成部件使用了螺杆式压缩机，也可称为水冷螺杆式冷水机组。机组冷冻出水温度范围为3℃~20℃，可广泛应用于塑胶，电镀，电子，化工，制药，印刷，食品加工等各种工业冷冻制程需使用冷冻水的领域，或大型商场，酒店，工厂，医院等各种中央空调工程中需使用冷冻水集中供冷的领域。

        水冷式冷水机组主要由半封闭式螺杆压缩机、壳管式冷凝器、干燥过滤器、热力膨胀阀、壳管式蒸发器、以及电器控制部分等组成。

1.Feature Of Water-Cool Chiller:

(1)The compressor of water-cool chiller unit produced by Shanghai Tianfeng is adopted with famous semi-enclosed screw compressor and electronic control element, equipped with condenser and evaporator made by high efficiency heat transfer copper tube.

(2)The machine is equipped with various safety protection device with stable performance, low noise, long service life and simple operation. The machine is adopted with LCD display man-machine interface, simple and convenient operation. The running situation is clear.

(3)The machine is adopted with single compressor or multi-compressor combined with refrigeration system. The compressor can alternate automatically according to the change of load, balance the running hours of each compressor to save energy and prolong the service life of the chiller, which is convenient for energy regulation and more energy saving at partial load.

(4)The machine has an open structure, and the whole machine has beautiful appearance and simple structure. Customers can check the operation of the unit at any time. Installation and maintenance is simple and convenient.

（1）上海田枫水冷式冷水机组压缩机选用名牌半封闭螺杆式压缩机及电控元件，配备换热高效优质铜管制作的冷凝器及蒸发器；
（2）配备各类安全保护装置，性能稳定、噪音低、使用寿命长、操作简单；采用液晶显示人机界面，操作简单便捷，运行状况一目了然；

（3）机型有采用单压缩机或多压缩机组合制冷系统。压缩机可依负载变化，自动交替运转，平衡各压缩机的运行时数，达到节省能耗及延长了冷水机组的使用期限的效果。便于能量调节，在部分负荷时更加节能；

Remark:

1.The parameters under nominal working condition are as follow：Frozen Water Input/Output Temperature 12℃／7℃；Cooling Water Input/Output Temperature 30℃／35℃.

2.Temperature Condition：Frozen Water Output Temperature Range 5℃～15℃, Cooling Water Input Temperature Range 19℃～33℃

3.The water side pressure of evaporator and condenser is 1.0mpa.

4.The water side fouling factor of evaporator under nominal working condition is 0.018m2•℃/kW, for condenser is 0.044m2•℃/kW.

5.Except the specifications and requirements above, Shanghai Tianfeng chiller manufacturer can provide non-standard chillers according to customer demands.

1.名义工况中参数如下：冷冻水进／出水温度12℃／7℃；冷却水进／出水温度30℃／35℃.

2.温度条件：冷冻水出水温度范围 5℃～15℃, 冷却水进水温度范围 19℃～33℃

3.蒸发器和冷凝器的水侧设计承受压力为1.0mpａ。

4.名义工况中蒸发器水侧污垢系数为0.018m2•℃/kW,冷凝器水侧污垢系数为0.044m2•℃/kW；
