1.Advantage Of Low Temperature Thermostat Bath

(1) The machine adopts microcomputer temperature control, PID adjustment and self - tuning control technology. The temperature can be test by imported platinum resistance, which has high temperature control accuracy, small fluctuation, break-even display function and Over-temperature alarm function. The machine can provide multiple security measures.

(2) Setting and testing temperature can be displayed by two digital windows. Setting temperature, actual temperature, working condition and other information are clear and distinct.

(3) The inner mixing pump of the table all adopt 304 stainless steel, so it is well-made and can effectively avoid corrosion, rust and other phenomena.

(4)Totally enclosed brand compressor ( lower than -40℃ or 30L series adopts imported compressor ) has high refrigerating efficiency, heating and cooling rate which is quick, stable and reliable and low noise.

(5) High-performance mixer motor with low noise, low heat radiation, totally closed and long life.

(6) There are folding handles on both sides, so it is easy to move.

(7) Circulating pump can lead out thermostatic liquid to set up a second constant temperature field.

2.Product Introduction

          Low temperature thermostat bath controlled by microcomputer adopts single ship microprocessor control, self-integral PID adjustment and imported high precision platinum resistance(Pt 100) temperature measurement. So it has high control temperature and small fluctuation. The machine adopts the compressor with high quality closed technology (Lower than -40℃ or 30L series adopts imported dual compressor cascade refrigeration technology and heat exchange system.) , so it has high refrigerating efficiency and low noise. The equipment works stable and is easy to operate.

         Humanization Design: It is easy to move the machine with the folding handles on both sides. 20L and lower than -40℃ series low temperature thermostat bath adopts heavy duty self-locking castor, so it is easy to move. Low temperature thermostat bath adopts advanced integral foaming process, so it has good heat-shielding performance and effectively reduce the cold loss.

         Professional circular mixing design ensures the liquid in the tank to disperse evenly and smoothly in internal circulation, and the heat exchange is stable. The low temperature thermostat bath with 20L volume has 10L/min mixing pump flow, others have 8L/min. The temperature fluctuation is ±0.05℃ and display resolution is 0.1℃.

         The machine is applicable to internal/external temperature control application. So the samples can not only be placed directly in the open bath, but can also circumscribe with the measurement unit to control external temperature.

        人性化设计：两边折叠式把手方便搬运仪器，20L及以上系列和低于-40℃低温恒温槽采用重型带自锁脚轮，便于移动。低温恒温槽采用先进的整体发泡工艺，具有良好的隔热性能、有效减少了冷量的损失。

        专业的循环搅拌设计：保证了槽内液体在内循环中形成分散均匀流畅，热交换平稳。容积20L以上低温恒温槽搅拌泵流量10L/min,其余8L/min、温度波动度±0.05℃，显示分辨率0.1℃。

        适用于内/外温控应用：既可以直接将样品放置在开口浴槽中恒温，也可以外接控制外部需要恒温的测量单位。

6.Environmental Requirement Of Low Temperature Thermostat Bath

(1).The thermostatic bath should be placed on a sturdy work table.

(2).No vibrations and harmful gas.

(3).The room temperature should be relatively stable, not fluctuant, otherwise it will affect temperature control accuracy. The room temperature should be set at about 25℃,(especially the thermostatic bath of -40℃, -65℃ and -80℃). If the room temperature is too high, it will affect the heat dissipation of compressor, low the refrigerating efficiency and easy to cause troubles.

(4)Thermostatic bath requires constant upkeep, especially when cooling rate slows down after working for some time. You should discharge the plastic sheet of the thermostatic and clean the dust on compressor and heating panel .

(1)恒温槽应放置在坚固的工作台上；

(2)无震动，无有害气体；

(3)室温温度应相对稳定，不能忽高忽低，否则影响控温精度；室温应该在25℃左右，（特别是-40℃、-65℃、-80℃的恒温槽），过高的室温会影响压缩机散热，降低制冷效率，且容易引起故障；

(4)恒温槽应定期保养，特别是工作一段时间后感觉降温速度放慢，应卸下恒温槽的塑料网板，清除压缩机、散热板的灰尘。
