1.Feature Of Unit
(1)The unit is adopted with high quality imported brand twin-screw compressor and its moving parts is only about one-tenth of reciprocating compressor. The radial and axial directions are totally used 11 high-precision bearing combinations produced by Sweden SKF, and combined with axial thrust balance drum at the same time to balance axial loads efficiently. The rotor runs continuously when working. The vibration is only about one-fifth comparing with reciprocating compressor. There is no need to consider suspension when the whole machine is installed. It can be ensured that the unit can realize long-term stable operation at the same time.
(2)Single compressor can select four-stage capacity adjustment mode to save energy. In partial load, reducing compressor frequent starts to extend the service life of the unit at the same time to save as much energy as possible. Combining with highly intelligent control of PLC makes the unit achieve optimum energy efficiency ratio, which significantly reduces the users’ operating coats. Through the combination of multiple compressors, more detailed multistage capacity adjustment can be realized.
1、机组采用的高品质进口品牌双螺杆压缩机,其运动部件仅为往复式压缩机的1/10左右,径向与轴向共使用11只高精度瑞典SKF轴承组合,同时结合轴向推力平衡鼓,有效平衡轴向载荷,转子工作时是连续运转,振动相比往复式只有1/5左右;整机安装时无需考虑避震;同时也保证机组长期稳定运行;
2、单压缩机可选四段式容量调节方式的节能,在部分负荷情况下最大可能节能的同时,减少压缩机频繁启动,从而延长机组的使用寿命;在结合了PLC的高度智能控制,使机组无论是在满负荷还是部分负荷情况下均达到最佳的能效比,显著降低用户的运营成本;通过多台压缩机组合,可实现更为细致的多段容量调节;

2.Temperature Condition:Frozen Water Output Temperature Range -17℃~-7℃, Cooling Water Input Temperature Range 19℃~33℃
3.Refrigerator side should be used 40%(V/V) glycol solution or 24%(m/m) calcium chloride solution as antifreeze.
4.The water side pressure of evaporator and condenser is 1.0mpa.
5.The water side fouling factor of evaporator under nominal working condition is 0.018m2•℃/kW, for condenser is 0.044m2•℃/kW.

3.机组冷冻侧须采用40%(V/V)的乙二醇溶液或24%(m/m)的氯化钙溶液作防冻剂;
4.蒸发器和冷凝器的水侧设计承受压力为1.0MPa;
5.名义工况中蒸发器水侧污垢系数为0.018m2•℃/kW,冷凝器水侧污垢系数为0.044m2•℃/kW;
