Air-cool screw chiller(screw chiller) can be applied in various cryogenic cooling in industrial cooling applications. After adding proper antifreeze into frozen water side, outlet water temperature ranges from 0℃ to -35℃ can be realized to adapt to different industrial cooling requirements. The antifreeze solvent usually used is glycol,sodium chloride ,calcium chloride solution. Our company advises customers to set antifreeze solution of different concentrations in application according to outlet water temperature. Screw chiller which fully follows reverse Carnot cycle, in general, can obtain 3-4KW refrigerating or heating capacity when inputting electrical energy of 1KW. Its operating cost is more advantages comparing with other air conditioning mode.

Air-Cool Screw Chiller Unit Single-Unit 1(Room Temperature Screw Chiller)
The installation and maintenance of the air-cool screw chiller is simple and easy. Because it dose not dispense with cooling tower system, only need to connect with freezing water pipe. The equipment does not occupy special machine room, so wearing parts are few and maintenance probability is low.
风冷螺杆式冷水机安装维护简捷，没有省却冷却塔系统，只须连接冷冻水管路；且不占用专用机房，易损件极少，维修概率低。
