1.Feature Of Screw Industrial Chiller
①Units Compressor: Units compressor is adopted with International brand semi-enclosed 5:6 asymmetrical twin-screw air-cool special compressor
②Heat Exchanger: Units evaporator is adopted with high efficiency shell and tube heat exchange. The condenser is adopted with hydrophilic aluminum fin type high efficiency copper tube. The heat exchanger has high pressure rating, high heat exchange efficiency, maintenance-free, long service life, etc.
③Control System: Control system is adopted with SIEMENS control system, advanced PLC control technology, acceptable programming and prefect communication function.
④Electrical System: The machine is adopted with electrical components from SIEMENS, Schneider and other countries. The machine is adopted with waterproof control cabinet.
⑤Human-Computer Interface: Chinese-English man-machine interface and touch type liquid crystal display. Simple operation procedures, one-button to start, automatic operation.
⑥Units Maintenance: The unit is adopted with integral design, compact structure, simplicity and strong corrosion resistance. The machine is equipped with waterproof control cabinet to ensure the unit can be placed outdoors for long periods and is not easy to fade and corrode.
⑦Broad: In order to meet various requirements of frozen cooling in all works of life, our computer uses different series screw industrial compressors. The freezing water temperature is from 15 degrees to -35 degrees. The machine has excellent workmanship and can stable work under extreme conditions.

②换热器：机组蒸发器采用高效壳管式换热器，冷凝器采用高效紫铜管+亲水铝翅片式；具有耐压等级高，换热效率高，免维护，使用寿命长等优点；
③控制系统：采用西门子控制系统，先进的PLC控制技术，可接受编程，完善的通讯功能；
④电器系统：采用西门子，施耐德等国家品牌的电器元件，采用防水型控制柜；
⑤人机界面：中英文人机界面，触摸式液晶显示器，操作程序简洁，一键启动，自动运行；
⑥机组维护：机组采用整体式设计，结构紧凑，简洁，防腐性强，配以防水控制柜，确保机组可长期置于室外不易褪色，腐蚀。
⑦宽广：为适应各行各业冷冻冷却的不同要求，采用不同系列的螺杆式工业压缩机，冷冻出水温度从15度到-35度，精良工艺保证在极限条件下稳定工作。

2.Temperature Condition：Frozen Water Output Temperature Range -17℃～-7℃, Room Temperature Range 0℃～43℃.
3.Refrigerator side should be used 40%(V/V) glycol solution or 24%(m/m) calcium chloride solution as antifreeze.
4.The water side pressure of evaporator and condenser is 1.0mpa.
5.The water side fouling factor of evaporator under nominal working condition is 0.018m2•℃/kW.

1.制冷工况:冷水进水温度-11℃,出水温度-15℃,环境温度35℃;
2.温度条件：冷冻水出水温度范围 -17℃～-7℃, 环境温度范围 0℃～43℃;
3.机组冷冻侧须采用40%(V/V)的乙二醇溶液或24%(m/m)的氯化钙溶液作防冻剂
4.蒸发器和冷凝器的水侧设计承受压力为1.0MPa。
5.名义工况中蒸发器水侧污垢系数为0.018m2•℃/kW；
6.除上述规格和要求外，田枫冷水机厂家可根据客户要求提供非标产品。
