Electromagnetic Valve Applied In Ultra Low Temperature Refrigeration

 

     In the ultra low temperature refrigeration under -130 degrees Celsius, the standard structure solenoid valve is used to switch the refrigeration performance. The standard structure electromagnetic valve interior is generally made of PTFE sealing ring. In the cryogenic zone below -100 degree Celsius, the PTFE sealing ring will become hardened and pulverized, resulting in a loss of sealing effect and refrigerant leakage. Long time operation will affect the refrigeration performance, resulting in the storage tank can not reach the set storage temperature. In existing technology, there is no sealing material which can provide low temperature resistance and good sealing performance. Some other sealing structure can lead to a substantial increase in manufacturing costs.

     In order to avoid the shortcomings of the existing technology, an electromagnetic valve used in an ultra low temperature refrigeration is provided, and the sealing performance of the electromagnetic valve is guaranteed by its simple structure. The structure characteristics of electromagnetic valve used in ultra low temperature refrigerator is: The sealing structure which is set between the upper sealing tube assembly and the valve body and replaced PTFE sealing ring is composed of upper ring cover plate and lower ring cover plate folded up and down. The upper ring cover plate is welded at the periphery of the upper sealing tube assembly, and the lower ring cover plate is welded on the valve body. The periphery of the upper ring cover plate and the low ring cover plate are welded together to form a sealing connection. Compared with existing technology, the beneficial effect is embodied in that: 1.No longer use PTFE sealing ring, completely avoid the low temperature failure of sealing ring, so that the electromagnetic valve in the ultra low temperature refrigerator is stable and reliable. 2.Only to add and set the upper ring cover plate and lower ring cover plate on the periphery, which does not change the existing structure. When necessary, directly remove the upper ring cover plate and the lower ring cover plate, and replace the structure form that setting the PTFE sealing ring is still available. The use flexibility is strong.
